Dear Colleague,
Never before has a resolution containing the controversial phrase “sexual orientation and gender identity” been unanimously adopted at the General Assembly, but that is indeed what happened thanks to the United States. President Biden pledged [[link removed]] to advance LGBT rights around the world less than two weeks into his administration, and at the first General Assembly debate since he took office, we are seeing the effects. Stefano Gennarini, J.D., reports [[link removed]] on what happened last week and analyzes [[link removed]] what it means for multilateralism going forward.
Our November webinar "Poland in the Crosshairs of the European Union” will be held next Tuesday, November 30 from 11:00am - 12:00pm ET. More information can be found here [[link removed]]. We hope you can join us.
We are ever thankful for your continuous support.
Spread the word. Be daring. Keep the faith.
Yours sincerely,
Austin Ruse
President
