John,
I hope you and your family are enjoying your Thanksgiving - and aren’t as overly stuffed as I currently am.
Every year Pam and I take some time to reflect on our gratitudes and I just wanted to send a quick note to share a couple of my thoughts.
First off, no matter how toxic our political environment may be, I still wake up incredibly grateful for the honor of representing my hometown. I love the Valley with all my heart, and advocating for our families who have been consistently overlooked is the most meaningful job I could ever have. I am so grateful Valley families put their trust in me.
I’m thankful for each and every one of you who reads our emails - supporters like you help me stay in the fight. I try to stay true to who I am, and I hope our grassroots team sees how hard we’re working to make our country a little bit of a better place.
And finally, I know I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for my incredibly supportive family. My wife, Pam, who brings all the love, wit and support that a partner can offer. My parents who helped instill me with the value of public service. And my younger brother David who I’m proud of every single day.

So, from my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving, John.
