Friend,

You’re going to receive a number of emails from political campaigns with generic “Happy Thanksgiving” messages, but that's not what you’re receiving from me.

Far too many members of our community, both here in Queens and across New York State, continue to face food insecurity. Team Shaniyat wants to do something about it.

Friend, if you’re able, can you chip in here to support ICNA Relief, which seeks to alleviate human suffering by providing caring and compassionate service to victims of adversities and survivors of disasters, and has a food pantry located right here in Assembly District 24.

The holidays can be a time to celebrate and connect with your family and loved ones but it’s also a time when too many families struggle to put food on the table. A contribution of any amount to ICNA Relief will go a long way towards ensuring that every family has access to a hot meal this holiday season.

Thank you for everything you do to make Queens and New York State a better place for all.

In Solidarity,

Shaniyat
