Happy Thanksgiving! Today, I wanted to share with you just a few of the things I’m thankful for this year

• The newest addition to the Swalwell family: Hank! I am so grateful that our baby boy was delivered to us healthy and happy. And I’m thankful for the medical team who made sure Brittany was safe and healthy during delivery as well. Warmest thanks to all of you who sent our family well wishes after Hank’s birth.

• The first responders and medical care professionals who continue to work around the clock to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. The reopening of our schools and businesses is owed entirely to them.

• The passage of the Build Back Better bill in the House of Representatives. This historic piece of legislation addresses everything from rising childcare costs to rising global temperatures, and I am truly proud to have voted in favor of it.

• Last but certainly not least — YOU! To my constituents in the 15th District of California and my supporters across the country: I am so grateful for your continued support. I appreciate you putting your faith in me to advocate for progressive change in Congress. Your support is what made the passage of Build Back Better and the latest infrastructure bill possible, and we could not have done it without you!
