I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. On October 29, 2021, President Joseph Biden declared the month of November "National Veterans and Military Families Month." This proclamation expands the opportunity to celebrate and honor our veterans and their families.

In light of this historic declaration, I am reaching out to extend an invitation to you to join me on November 29, 2021, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in a virtual celebration and informational session in honor of our military heroes and their families. This virtual meeting will highlight numerous agencies and services dedicated to our veterans, ranging from the Small Business Administration, NYC Dept. of Veterans' Services, and the Black Veterans For Social Justice, Inc, as well as the Library of Congress Veterans History Project. We would love your presence at this event.
