Happy Thanksgiving, John!

As we gather with family and friends today, the Connecticut Democratic Party would like to share what we’re thankful for this year.

First of all, we’re thankful for you and every other member of this grassroots team, who make all that we do possible. Every hour volunteered, dollar donated, and petition signed plays a critical role in the success of our shared work building back a stronger Connecticut.

We’re also thankful for all of Connecticut’s Democratic legislators and elected officials, from our Democratic school board members and mayors to Lt. Governor Bysiewicz and Governor Lamont, who work tirelessly to improve the lives of working families in our state.

And we are so thankful for Connecticut’s Democratic Congressional delegation, who advanced two truly historic pieces of legislation this month. These investments in our state’s infrastructure, children, seniors, and families are transformative, and we’re looking forward to supporting them as the work to build back better continues next year.
