Perhaps you are aware that the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children Campaign kicks off this week and you want to make a difference, but you are not sure how? Do you want to join the fight against gender-based violence, but you don't think your voice can make a difference?

GivingTuesday is a Global Day of Generosity that will take place on 30 November 2021. Sonke Gender Justice is participating in this global campaign and invite YOU to join us for #Giving Tuesday2021. GivingTuesday reimagines a world built upon shared humanity and generosity. Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbour or stranger out, showing up for an issue or people we care about, or giving some of what we can to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts, and everyone has something to give.

Sonke Gender Justice invites you to #SAYNO this #GivingTuesday by giving your R100 towards the fight against Gender Based Violence (GBV). This campaign aims to bring awareness to the prevalence of GBV in our communities and give a voice to those who have been silenced and forced into submission for too long. We say, enough is enough, and we ask that you stand in the gap and #SAYNO!

We challenge every changemaker, advocacy partner and gender justice activist to give their R100 and share this campaign on all platforms, as we rise by lifting others and our power comes from each other as we collectively fight to end all violence against women, children and gender injustice!

We need you to help us raise R50 000 this #GivingTuesday and #SAYNO to gender based violence.
