Friends,
Thanksgiving is always a special holiday for me. In fact, it really is my favorite time of the year.
I met my wonderful wife the day after Thanksgiving in 1994. It’s a time for my family to be together, to relax and share – and to enjoy fried turkey, my wife’s wonderful casserole, and a mouthwatering array of her homemade pies and cakes.
There’s much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving.
I’m thankful for the love of my wife and my family. Their love sustains me in all I do.
I am thankful for the opportunity to serve as Nevada's Attorney General, which is the honor of a lifetime. I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to fight for liberty, justice, and equality every day with you — because none of this would be possible without your continued support.
And this year, I’m especially thankful for the working men and women who are giving up their Thanksgiving so we can enjoy ours: those defending our freedom in the armed services; law enforcement officers and first responders; hospital workers; truck drivers on highways; and folks working in markets, restaurants, and stores.
From my family to yours, have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving with your family, friends, and neighbors. May the warmth of this special holiday surround you.
Sincerely and with gratitude,
Aaron
