John, I’m sure you’re ready to log off and go spend time with your loved ones.
I just have one quick favor to ask before you go:
Will you chip in anything to help me hit my Midnight Goal and flip this seat blue? I’m almost at the $7,047 mark, but I need a final push from my top supporters. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. >>
John, let me explain why your support means so much to me.
I don’t come from money.
My parents taught me to work hard for every dollar you earn.
So I’ll admit:
When I decided to run for Congress, I was a little worried.
Our elections are really expensive.
It stacks the deck against everyday people like you and me running for office -- and winning.
But when I told you my Republican opponent, Don Bacon, favored tax cuts for billionaires...
You pitched in.
When I told you he voted against affordable healthcare and lower prescription costs...
You pitched in.
And when I told you he voted against COVID relief funding when we needed it most...
You pitched in.
Because of you, everyday I’m getting closer to winning this race for hardworking folks across the country. And that’s exactly why we can’t give up. Little donations here and there got me to where I am, and they’re the only way I’ll win this election. So I’m asking, can you pitch in whatever you can (even a dollar!) and keep this campaign going strong? >>
This time of year always has me feeling thankful for the support of my family and friends.
But this year I feel extra lucky knowing supporters like you believe in me.
Trust me, John: I wish I didn’t have to ask you again.
But I’m hoping I can count on you to have my back once more, and chip in $10 so I can reach my goal and win this race, for working families like yours and mine. >>
Thank you for sticking with me,
Tony
