Hey, John! It’s Team Cisneros here, reporting back on our priorities survey results! Over 285 supporters shared their responses with our team!

Here are some of the top priorities and issues that our supporters care about the most right now:

John, we’ve heard you all loud and clear. The current leadership in Congress has put the issues our community cares about most on the back burner for far too long.

These past few months, we’ve seen historic turnout from communities all over the country to demand better from those who are in charge. We saw thousands of workers showing out and striking to demand better working pay and working conditions. We are seeing activists across the country taking to the streets, city halls, and state capitols to fight against abortion bans and to protect the right to access reproductive healthcare. We saw young people lead a hunger strike to demand immediate action to address the climate crisis. We are ready for change, and we are not settling for less.

That’s why Jessica is running for Congress. Our communities deserve a representative who will passionately and unapologetically fight to bring real, tangible solutions to the most pressing issues our communities are facing. As an immigration attorney, Jessica has been a bold advocate for marginalized people in South Texas and will bring that with her to the halls of Congress.

We’re quickly approaching the end of the month, which means we’re ramping up our fundraising efforts and starting to set critical goals.
