Kansas Republicans have been temporarily thwarted in another attack on our voting rights -- a federal court has blocked enforcement for the time being of a new law that aims to stop national voting rights groups from sending advance ballot applications to Kansas residents

The Kansas Democratic Party is dedicated to voter protection and will be bringing on staff ahead of the 2022 cycle to focus on defending the fundamental right to vote. Our new Voter Protection Director will work to expand voting access and ensure that all eligible voters can cast a ballot and have that ballot count.
