We're racking up some serious wins against the Biden Administration.
In case you didn't see our last email, we just had a huge victory against the U.S. Treasury Department. Biden was trying to prohibit states from cutting taxes if they accepted COVID-19 relief funds — in response to our 13-state coalition, a District Court said no!
That likely means lower taxes for you — especially if you live in a red state.
The AGs also immediately sued against the unlawful OSHA vaccine mandate, and obtained a preliminary nationwide injunction (a "pause") of that rule until we knock it down permanently.
On top of all that, we're preparing for our big U.S. Supreme Court case, which is said to be the most impactful energy and administrative law case before the high court in many years.
When we win that fight at SCOTUS, we will help secure American energy independence, affordable prices for consumers, and a reliable power grid.
Unfortunately, our terrific work is also attracting the attention of radical far-left billionaires. They are firmly opposed to our efforts and expected to pour in millions of dollars against our efforts.
