A NOTE ABOUT THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT: Just last week, President Biden signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law. This long-overdue bipartisan bill is the largest investment in American infrastructure in 70 years, and it’s a huge win for our Commonwealth. Here’s what this historic legislation means for you and your family:

IN PENNSYLVANIA ALONE, THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT WOULD INVEST: $11.3 billion in critical highway repairs and maintenance; $1.6 billion for bridge replacement; $2.8 billion to improve public transportation across our Commonwealth; $171 million to build a network of electric vehicle chargers

PLUS, THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT WOULD: Connect every American to high-speed internet; Replace lead pipes and deliver clean drinking water to every American; Invest in weatherization to reduce energy costs for families; Center climate change mitigation in all of these efforts!

Chrissy worked hard to help this critical infrastructure bill pass the House, and she’s continuing to work with her colleagues on both sides of the aisle to deliver results for workings families in our community and our Commonwealth. There is work to be done! – Team Chrissy
