Fellow Conservative,
Ever since Georgia lawmakers passed the Election Integrity Act (SB 202) and Governor Kemp signed it into law, the left and the liberal media have been up in arms.
Their attacks have been 100% politically-motivated, with zero basis in fact.
The truth is SB 202 makes it easy to vote and HARDER TO CHEAT.
Just take a look at how Georgia’s election law stacks up against election law in “liberal” states like Delaware, New York, and New Jersey:
GEORGIA VS. DELAWARE
• Delaware does not have in-person early voting. Even when they make a change in 2022, the state will only have 10 days of in-person early voting.
Georgia will have at least 17 mandatory days of early, in-person voting, with counties having the option to expand to as many as 19 days.
• Both Georgia and Delaware require an ID to vote. The difference?
Georgia will provide a free ID card to voters upon request. Delaware requires voters without an ID to sign an “affidavit of affirmation that the voter is the person listed on the election district record,” opening them to fines and possibly even jail time.
GEORGIA VS. NEW YORK
• In New York State, there are only 10 days of early voting.
Georgia will have at least 17 mandatory days of early, in-person voting, with counties having the option to expand to as many as 19 days.
• New York only just enacted automatic voter registration in December.
Georgia has had it in place for years.
GEORGIA VS. NEW JERSEY
• New Jersey recently enacted a law to allow nine days of early voting.
Georgia will have at least 17 mandatory days of early, in-person voting, with counties having the option to expand to as many as 19 days.
SB 202 was passed to make it easy to vote and HARDER to cheat, period.
The facts don’t lie!
