For too long, Congressman Danny Davis has been a representative for health insurance companies, the real estate industry, and big corporations instead of the people. So we weren’t surprised that Davis is the third-highest recipient of pro-business PAC money among Democrats in Congress.

Kina Collins is primarying Davis to represent the people, not corporations, in Congress. And while Kina hasn’t accepted a dime of corporate PAC money, 73% of Danny Davis’s campaign contributions have come from pro-Business PACs.

In a political system in which corporate campaign contributions now mean backroom deals later, we need to elect candidates who reject money from corporate PACs.
