Dear John,

I want to share some updates with you from Congress and across the country. Here are three things to know today:

1. Earlier this week, I joined my colleagues in the House and supported the Build Back Better Act. It is now time for the Senate to pass this legislation so we can secure a historic investment in American families and communities. This commitment is monumental and will deliver life-changing results for Georgians.  
2. Redistricting Update: Republicans are coming for our district. State legislators are manipulating the redistricting process to minimize Democratic voters’ voices across Georgia, and National Republican operatives placed us on the hit list for 2022. Your support in this campaign is crucial to ensuring we can continue to do good work for the people of Southwest and Middle Georgia. 
3. As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, I urge you to celebrate safely. If we all make an effort to limit travel and gatherings, wear masks, and practice social distancing this Thanksgiving weekend, we can protect our families for years of holidays to come. I give thanks for the opportunity to represent you in the United States Congress.
