Please help us spread the word that the American-Italian Cancer Foundation's Mammogram Bus will be providing free breast health screenings on Tuesday, December 7th, from 9am – 4:30pm.
Location: Project FIND Clinton Older Adult Center, 530 W. 55th St. (between 10th & 11th Avenues.)
Screenings are by appointment only: 1-877-628-9090.
Eligibility: Women aged 40 - 79, who reside in New York City and have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months.
Services are FREE. No co-pays required and deductibles are waived. Uninsured patients welcome.
