I’m emailing today to ask you to make a $3 contribution ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and next week’s end-of-month fundraising deadline.
I’ll explain more in just a moment, but if you can, will you consider making that $3 donation now to help me and my team continue organizing our movement and building progressive power across the country? I would not ask if it were not so important.
Here’s the situation:
One week from today, on November 30, we’re facing an important end-of-month fundraising deadline.
The holidays are typically a tough time for grassroots, small-dollar fundraising — and that’s exactly how we found our campaign and organizing efforts that help grow our people-powered movement. That’s a fact I’m incredibly proud of.
What this means is that the slow months like November are especially important for our team. These are the months where it’s critical we keep pace — and that’s why we’ve set a goal of 1,500 grassroots donations before next Tuesday night.
Even $3 would go a long way towards helping our campaign hit our goal, and in building the kind of movement we need nationwide. Can I count on your support today?
We know not everyone can give, but if those of us who can pitch in from time to time, then we'll reach these goals together. When we do that, it'll get us that much closer to making our entire progressive agenda a reality.
