Hi team, if you have a few moments, I’d love to tell you a little bit about my good friend and colleague, Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto.
Catherine says her parents taught her she could accomplish anything with hard work, honesty, and respect for others. She took that lesson to heart, dedicating her life to her community and her career to public service.
Catherine served as Nevada’s Attorney General for two terms, and then became the first Latina and first woman from Nevada ever elected to the U.S. Senate.
She won that race by just two points, narrowly overcoming the $50 million Mitch McConnell and his allies spent to defeat her. Now, Catherine’s up for re-election. This time around, CNN is calling her one of the most vulnerable Senators in the country — and a new poll has her two points behind her Trump-endorsed opponent.
Folks, if we’re going to protect voting rights, expand access to affordable health care, tackle climate change, and more, we need to protect Catherine’s seat and our fragile Senate majority with it.
So, I’m personally asking you to join me in supporting Catherine Cortez Masto by splitting a contribution between her re-election campaign and our work to protect our Senate majority. In a race this close, every dollar counts.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your split donation between John Hickenlooper and Catherine Cortez Masto will go through immediately:
Thanks to folks like you, we flipped Colorado’s Senate seat last year and secured a Democratic majority in Washington. Now, we have to work twice as hard to keep it.
Thanks for your support on this.
