Folks,

Next week, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments regarding a Mississippi abortion law that threatens the future of Roe v. Wade.

With the Supreme Court stacked with three right-wing justices appointed by Donald Trump, this case could be the tipping point in the GOP’s battle to overturn Roe.

Now more than ever, Congress needs to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act. It codifies Roe v. Wade into law, guarantees equal access to abortion across the nation, and protects against challenges from Republican-held state legislatures.

Add your name to my petition calling on the Senate to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act. We need to make Roe v. Wade the law of the land once and for all. [[link removed]]

A majority of Americans support upholding Roe v. Wade. However, right-wing politicians are determined to undermine this landmark decision until they render it virtually meaningless.

Earlier this year, all three Trump justices allowed the highly restrictive and contentious Texas abortion law to go into effect. After decades of chipping away at Roe, the GOP is finally making headway.

I don’t say this lightly, reproductive rights are on the line more than ever before. We need to stand strong, work together, and fight to codify Roe v. Wade into law.

If you’re with me, add your name to my petition urging the Senate to pass the Women’s Health Protection Act. [[link removed]]
