John, my grandfather was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. for a shot at the American Dream. He proudly served our country in WWII and then settled in Nevada to raise a family. My family taught me to work hard, be honest and respect everyone. 

Dad was Las Vegas’ greatest advocate, and he had a vision to transform our city into the international destination that we know today. He also served in the Army, and that spirit of service influenced everything he did. I grew up watching him lend an ear, open his heart, and help as many people as he could in our community. His work originally inspired me to get into public service.

Only in America could the granddaughter of an immigrant go on to become the first Latina ever elected to the U.S. Senate. But right now, Mitch McConnell is dead-set on taking back this seat and the Senate majority. And new polling shows me 2 points behind my Trump-endorsed opponent. 

That’s why I’m personally asking you, John: Will you make a grassroots donation to help me win this crucial race in Nevada and defend the Senate majority?

I firmly believe that diversity is our greatest strength — and it’s because of grassroots supporters like you that I’m the first Latina in history, and first woman from Nevada, to be elected to the U.S. Senate. But right now, GOP outside groups have already spent over $2 million to flip this seat — and The Cook Political Report has downgraded my chances of winning.
