Team, if you’re unaware, Project 15/30 is the Arizona Democratic Party’s commitment to organizing in all 15 counties and all 30 legislative districts. We launched the program this past summer.
We’re already seeing great results, thanks to your support.
Here are just a few tidbits from our organizers on the important work they are doing.
1. I registered a 92-year-old voter who knew John Lewis and was in Selma during the Civil Rights march. She had been removed from the rolls and was happy to re-register.
2. A person thanked me for reaching out. They had never received a call from anyone from the party before!
3. I was able to recruit a first-time voter college student who is excited about volunteering and learning more about local politics.
We’ve started this organizing effort earlier than ever before -- because we’ve had to. AZ Republicans have taken extreme voter suppression measures -- they know they can’t win otherwise.
So we need to do the work sooner, which means we need the resources sooner.
I know that if we give all AZ communities the attention they deserve, we can win the governor’s office, flip the legislature, and elect Democrats in all corners of the Copper State.
