The price tag to secure Wisconsin’s elections.

John,

I just received the first bill for our lawsuit...

The costs of suing the Wisconsin Elections Commission to ensure future elections are free and fair are significant -- nearly $50,000! But like you, I believe no price tag is too high when it comes to protecting the integrity of our elections.

Now more than ever, I’m counting on your sustained support to help us cover the $50,000 legal bill we’ve incurred for our ensuing legal battle against the Elections Commission.

Please make a contribution of any amount you can to my Election Integrity Fund to help me raise the $50,000 we need to WIN this battle in the courts and SECURE our elections.

John,

After a non-partisan audit of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) identified numerous instances of the Commission issuing unlawful guidance on the 2020 election, I knew we couldn’t wait to act.

That’s why I’m SUING the WEC to ensure our elections are FREE and FAIR with less than 1 year to go until Election Day.

But I’m counting on our grassroots supporters like YOU to help me marshal the resources to win this fight in the courts.

Please make a contribution to my Election Integrity Fund to help fuel our legal battle to SECURE our elections.

If we don’t secure Wisconsin’s elections ahead of this MUST-WIN governor’s race, 2022 will be nothing more than a repeat of 2020.

We cannot wait until the eve of next year’s election to address the WEC’s failure and willful neglect of the law.

Which is exactly why I’m asking the state Supreme court to immediately SUSPEND the unlawful guidance the WEC issued on the 2020 election.

SECURE OUR ELECTIONS

Our lawsuit is focusing on 3 key areas where the WEC failed to follow the law in its guidance:
1. Allowing municipalities to establish unattended absentee ballot drop boxes
2. Banning special voting deputies from long term care facilities
3. Relocating and closing polling places on the eve of an election

There’s too much at stake for us to lose this battle in the courts, John.

Our freedom, our way of life, and the future of our great nation all depend on free and fair elections -- elections where every voter can trust the process and the result.

Now more than ever, I need you fighting by my side to ensure our elections are free and fair.

So please, make a contribution to my Election Integrity Fund to help fuel our legal battle to SECURE our elections now that we’re suing the WEC.

Thank you,

Rebecca Kleefisch
