Tell the U.S. Senate:
“Pass the Protecting the Right to Organize Act (PRO Act) to strengthen workers’ rights to negotiate fair pay and benefits.”

John,
Across the country, workers are rising up, demanding fair pay with benefits.
Already this year, workers at John Deere, Nabisco and Frito-Lay have gone on strike and won new contracts including better pay, health and retirement benefits, and fair scheduling so workers don’t have to work 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week. All workers deserve the right to come together and organize against unfair working conditions.
That’s why we’re demanding the U.S. Senate pass the Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2021 (PRO Act) to strengthen workers’ rights to negotiate fair pay and benefits. Add your name today!
SIGN THE PETITION
The PRO Act was passed by the U.S. House earlier this year. If passed by the Senate, the PRO Act would:
-
Penalize employers that interfere with their employees’ organizing efforts;
-
Make explicitly clear that employers cannot interfere with employee unionization voting procedures;
-
Enhance support for worker strikes and boycotts;
-
Repeal “right to work” laws, which were created during the Jim Crow era to divide Black and white workers.
The PRO Act is the most significant worker empowerment legislation since the Great Depression. Join CHN and our allies in demanding the U.S. Senate act to strengthen workers’ rights to come together in unions and negotiate fair pay and benefits.
Thank you for fighting for the rights and wages of all working people.
In solidarity,
Deborah Weinstein Executive Director, Coalition on Human Needs
