Hi John,
Next week, the Supreme Court is going to hear arguments for a case that could gut abortion rights. And if that happens, access to abortion will be left in the hands of state lawmakers.
The truth is, this fight - the fight to protect reproductive rights for generations to come - is going to be one that is won at the ballot box in 2022. You know as well as I do the importance of electing pro-choice women to office. And in 2022, it is going to take all of us to make sure pro-choice women are elected.
That is why we’re hosting (virtually) another Changemakers Hour [[link removed]] . This is a time for pro-choice women interested in running for office or anyone interested in electing pro-choice women (you!) to gather and learn more about taking the first few steps. We traveled the state earlier this year, from Rochester to St. Cloud, hosting Changemakers Hours to recruit pro-choice women candidates and the people who will support their campaigns. We met over 100 pro-choice women ready to do the work.
