NVAHA is hiring a Director of Policy and Programs to address the increasing demand for our services. We are looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate about creating diverse, equitable and inclusive communities in Northern Virginia through advocacy for systems change in existing land use and zoning policies and expanding our communications. Our work includes building authentic community engagement processes that lift the voices of residents not usually at the table in our discussions about future development.
