The citys biggest FREE Bonfire Night event returns for 2019 with two big fireworks displays at 19:15 and 21:00 (the earlier display being suitable for young children)
The lighting of the East Midlands biggest bonfire will be at 19:45, plus a massive fairground with traditional bonfire night treats. Its a great family night out.
Please do not bring your own fireworks or sparklers to this event.

The Annual Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving
will take place at the War Memorial on 10 November, starting at
10.45am with the silence at 11am.
There will also be a projection of cascading poppies onto the War Memorial with an opportunity to remember the city and county's fallen between 4 and 8pm.
The South Notts Hussars will be having their Service at St Marys Church this day as well, and will have their march past in the
Market Square at 12noon approximately.
Armistice Day is commemorated every year on 11 November to mark the armistice signed between the Allies of World War I and Germany at Compigne.
Nottingham City Councils Civic Office will observe the two minutes silence at 11am on the front of the Council House steps, with the event starting at 10.55am.
