What will Virginia look like in a decade? That’s a question I often ask myself.

I’m not sure I know the answer, but here’s something I do know: what we do in 2019 and 2020 will determine Virginia’s future for the next decade, if not longer.

There are two things we need to do if we want to turn Virginia completely blue, and then protect our hard-earned progress:

• FIRST, we must flip the General Assembly. That’s why, with less than a week left, Mark has been campaigning with our stellar slate of Democratic candidates across the Commonwealth. But nothing’s guaranteed and at the last minute, Virginia Republicans have called in Mike Pence to campaign for them.
• SECOND, if we can retake the House of Delegates and the Virginia Senate, we’ll need to protect our gains and make sure VA stays blue. That means we must send Mark Warner back to the Senate in 2020. We currently have a narrow path to retaking the Senate, but there’s no way we can win a new Democratic majority without re-electing Mark.

So, knowing what’s at stake, can you pitch in and support Mark's campaign? It would mean an awful lot to him and to me.
