Last cycle, political pundits from Washington, D.C. all but wrote off our campaign to take back this seat for the people.

But we shocked the country by winning the Democratic nomination over their handpicked candidate -- by a landslide. Then we put NY-24 on the map by shattering grassroots fundraising records and coming closer than any other campaign ever to replacing fake-moderate Rep. John Katko.

We did all of that without taking a cent of corporate PAC money and without a contact list full of wealthy friends to bankroll my campaign. Because thousands of grassroots donors stepped up and gave what they could, we only need 2.5 points more to flip this seat in 2020!

Right now, we’re nearly a third of the way through the most important quarter of our campaign so far. Like it or not, our fundraising progress heading into our election year is the biggest metric our potential allies will use to judge if we’ve got what it takes to finish the job and flip this seat once and for all in 2020.
