This is a huge deal, folks: House Democrats just passed the Build Back Better Act — moving us one step closer to lowering household costs and making a huge investment in climate action.

We’re going to deliver real change for New Mexicans and people across the country — all while taking care of our planet for future generations. But first, the Senate needs to pass this bill and send it to President Biden’s desk.

I fought hard to help craft a bill that tackles climate change and supports folks as they recover from the pandemic and beyond. And I’ll fight even harder to make sure we pass it in the Senate.

Please, chip in $10 or any amount to support my work to address climate change and help make daily life better for New Mexicans and people in every area of our country. We’re so close to getting these bold changes across the finish line.

I’m proud that my major climate plans made it into the Build Back Better Act — that includes providing household rebates for purchasing and installing electric appliances and equipment, and creating climate careers through a Civilian Climate Corps.

This could be our last real shot at enacting policies that address the climate emergency with the urgency it deserves. Thanks for being part of my work to get this done.
