Des Moines Register: Kim Reynolds improperly used COVID relief funds for staff salaries

If you've been tracking Kim Reynolds' actions throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, this recent headline should come as no surprise. Time and time again, she's put her personal ambition and party politics ahead of the people of this state. Let's review:
FIRST: Reynolds blasted President Biden's COVID-19 pandemic relief bill, saying it punished states like Iowa that had disregarded pandemic protections.
THEN: She rejected $95 million in funding from the federal government for COVID testing in schools.
NOW: Reynolds took $450,000 in federal assistance to pay 21 staff salaries. Worse still, she CONCEALED it from public scrutiny by passing it through a different department.
Kim Reynolds can't be trusted to lead this state. We must reject her blatant waste, fraud, and abuse of federal funds to get Iowa back on the right track.
