Thanksgiving is around the corner. Unfortunately this could be the most expensive Thanksgiving dinner in the history of our country. The Farm Bureau says it will cost 14 percent more than last year. Americans are spending more on everything from the turkey to the pie. They are spending more on the drive to Thanksgiving dinner. And they are spending more to heat their homes this winter.
Americans shouldn’t have to live this way. And we cannot let President Biden make things worse for working families. We must stop the Democrats’ reckless tax and spending spree. I am doing everything I can to stop this bill.
Finally, this Thanksgiving as you spend time with family and friends, please remember our men and women in uniform who are away from home this holiday. They keep us safe at great sacrifice. Have a happy Thanksgiving!
