Hi Friend, I wanted to make sure you saw these numbers.
It’s almost been a week since Beto announced that he’s running for governor, and the polling shows that the race is neck and neck. But that’s not the only reason Greg Abbott should be concerned. Friend, Abbott’s approval numbers are STILL under water.
The University of Texas and the Texas Tribune released polling earlier this month that found 58% of Texans don’t approve of Governor Abbott’s job performance. And honestly, who can blame them? Abbott has shown us time and again all year long that he’s unfit to lead our state. And we have less than a year to ensure that every Texan who’s tired of Abbott’s failed leadership shows up to cast a ballot against him next November.

Friend, the polls are proving what we already know -- we have the numbers to defeat Abbott. We just need to make sure those 58% of Texans show up come Election Day. That means making a lot of calls, knocking on a lot of doors, and talking to a lot of voters before November 8, 2022.
That’s the work that’s going to win us this election. Whatever you can contribute is going to make a difference.
Thanks for being with us in the fight,
Hannah Roe Beck
