I voted to pass the Build Back Better Act in the House of Representatives today. This historic investment will transform life in America for generations to come. It has not been an easy road to this point, and the fight isn’t won yet, but this is an achievement I’m proud to be a part of. 
 
This package has multiple aggressive measures: adding hearing benefits to Medicare, lowering the cost of prescription drugs, providing universal free Pre-K, and spurring a new era of investment in climate action and green jobs. 
 
These policies have been a long time coming, and enjoy widespread support from the public. Republicans have gotten in the way of real change, but we’re now one step closer to making this bill a reality.
