Thanks to the tireless work of THOUSANDS, including people like you, Julius Jones was not executed yesterday. He was taken off death row and given a sentence of life without the possibility of parole. It’s a bittersweet outcome.

Now, his team can fight to hopefully get him free once and for all.

But here’s the thing: it should have never gotten that far.

And there’s one person who could have put a stop to all of it: District Attorney David Prater.
