As part of our work on the Infant and Toddler Child Care Road Map project, Start Early’s Illinois Policy Team is seeking the input of child care providers and Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) staff on how Illinois can best meet the need for high-quality child care for infants and toddlers. The Infant and Toddler Child Care Road Map project is examining the current supply, demand, and impact of infant-toddler child care on family well-being and the economy, and will include a set of community-informed recommendations for how Illinois can increase access to high-quality care that supports positive economic and child development for all Illinois infants, toddlers and their families. The project is funded through the
Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five and is part of the Raising Illinois Prenatal to Five Agenda.
We are inviting child care providers and CCR&R staff to complete an online survey to share their experiences and opinions on infant and toddler care. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and eligible participants include child care providers (owner/operator, director, teacher, assistant teacher) or CCR&R staff members. The questions ask about child care – specifically infant and toddler care – in your area and in your specific program or center. |
Not a child care provider?
Please forward this email to eligible colleagues that can inform recommendations for improving child care for infants, toddlers, and their families in Illinois.
Participation is voluntary and questions can be left blank or you may stop at any time. Your information will never be linked to your name, e-mail address or program/center. No one at your workplace will know that you participated. The report from this survey will include summary (combined) information only.
If you enter your e-mail address at the end of the survey, you will be included in a drawing for $50 Amazon e-cards. There will be 85 survey respondents selected to receive a gift card. If you have questions about the survey, please email Carie Bires. |
