I was so proud to stand with President Biden earlier this week as he signed the historic Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal, or BIF, into law. And today, it is with great excitement that my colleagues and I passed the Build Back Better Act in the House.

The BBB will affect the lives of millions of American families and workers. I’m particularly excited that we were able to push for historic investments in child care and universal pre-k.

The Build Back Better Act lowers costs for the American people on child care, elder care, prescription drugs and health care; invests in housing that is affordable; fights child poverty; and combats climate change. And I know that this kind of unprecedented legislation is only possible with a Democratic majority in Congress.

As we look ahead to the 2022 midterm elections, I hope I can count on you to stand with me so I can stay in office and continue this vital work for American families. To show you have my back, will you chip in $5 or whatever you can spare today?
