John, after months of negotiation, President Biden finally signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act on Monday afternoon.

But this victory is just a first step.

If we truly want to reenergize an economy that faces major threats -- such as rising costs of prescription drugs, childcare, and climate change -- we need to build on this progress by passing the Build Back Better bill.
