Governor DeWine Appoints Rosebrook to Henry County Court of Common Pleas, General and Probate Divisions
(COLUMBUS, Ohio)?Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today announced the appointment of Amy C. Rosebrook to the Henry County Court of Common Pleas, General and Probate Divisions.
Rosebrook, of Napoleon, will assume office on Dec. 6, 2021, and will be filling a judicial vacancy once held by Judge John Collier.?Rosebrook must run for election in November 2022 to complete the unexpired term ending May 8, 2023.
Rosebrook has served as the Napoleon Municipal Court judge since 2011, and prior to that, spent time as an assistant prosecuting attorney.?
She also worked as an associate attorney at Hoeffel, Funkhouser, Hanna, and Fisher from 1998 to 2003 before becoming a partner at Hanna, Fisher, and Rosebrook for six years.
Rosebrook received her law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, and undergraduate degree from Ohio University. ??
She currently is a trustee of the Association of Municipal and County Court Judges of Ohio and serves as a volunteer faculty member for the Ohio Supreme Court. Additionally, she served as the president of Henry County's Bar Association in 2011.?
