I’m so proud of the progress our state has made over the past several months -- vaccination rates are soaring, businesses are reopening, and teachers and students have returned to school.

But we still have a lot of work to do, and our progress will be totally undermined if Republicans win the governorship next fall. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your help.

The GOP has won almost every governor’s race here in the last 30 years, so they think this next one is theirs for the taking. Right now, they’re hoping our campaign will show early signs of weakness by falling short of our one day fundraising goal -- will you rush a donation before our midnight deadline so we can prove them wrong?

As governor, I’ve been focused on getting things done to make life better for working people -- things like raising the minimum wage, taking action on climate change, and addressing gun violence. If we let Republicans take over the governor’s office, all of this progress will be on the chopping block.
