So many of the fights we're helping to lead right now are critical to the future of our country and, especially, what happens in 2020 ... whether it's the fights to protect voting rights and secure our elections, winning a big progressive victory in next week's Virginia elections, or impeaching Trump.
That's why it's so urgent that we hit our goal of 300 early renewed members for 2020 before tonight's deadline.
Right now, we still need 162 new or renewed 2020 members before midnight -- a goal we'll beat immediately if just 3 supporters from each state respond to this email right now!
If we can't hit this goal it will be a bad sign for all of our historic campaigns, and with Republicans doubling down on protecting Trump as well as their dishonest, bigoted campaign tactics, that's something we simply cannot afford.

Time is short … Election Day 2020 is just one year away, but the work needed to win is already well underway. And we need your help.
People For the American Way is mobilizing unprecedented levels of resources in the run-up to 2020, because we understand the importance of this election and the challenges we face in campaigning against the Far Right. They are spending hundreds of millions of dollars to attack progressive candidates, spread lies about progressive policies, and suppress progressive voters.
It’s all part of a concerted effort to hold onto power at any cost, and it will work — unless we fight back.
That’s why we urgently need your immediate support to defeat Trump and the GOP in what will be the most important election in modern history.
