John,
Over the years, our friends at CREDO Action have donated over $500,000 to Social Security Works in our fight to protect and expand Social Security. This month we’ve been selected to compete for a share of funding. Our share will be determined at midnight tonight!

Right now, Social Security Works is battling a Wall Street disinformation campaign and Wall Street politicians who are trying to kill our agenda to expand Social Security, pass improved Medicare for All and lower the price of prescription drugs.
Your vote today for Social Security Works is an investment in an economic justice agenda.
Today is the LAST DAY to vote! Click here to cast your vote in CREDO’s October voting and support Social Security Works without opening your wallet.
Because of the work we’ve done, and our partnership with CREDO, there is a bill to expand Social Security with more than 200 cosponsors in the House of Representatives. The debate over Medicare isn’t over how much to cut it, but how much to expand its vital benefits. And even Donald Trump pretends to want to lower prescription drug prices. (Of course, he is lying through his teeth as usual.)
Because we’re able to rely on small dollar contributions and allies like CREDO, we’re able to take bold stands, even when it’s a Democrat who goes against the will of the people.
Our Social Security system is a testament to what the American people are capable of when we pool our resources and work together. Let’s show that power by voting for Social Security Works now!
As Republicans and Wall Street Democrats try to trick Americans into voting against Social Security, we’re fighting back.
Social Security Works knows that the best defense against right-wing lies is a good offense. That's why we fight every day to expand―never cut―our Social Security system!
Please take a moment to vote today: To protect and expand Social Security, pass Medicare for All and lower prescription drug prices!
Thank you for your support,
Michael Phelan Social Security Works
