Dear John,

For generations, people of all ages, abilities, and walks of life have gone to the Boundary Waters and returned to their daily lives forever changed. The challenges, comforts, healing, lessons, and connections that accompany the stillness, wondering, and innumerable intangible values afforded to everyone who visits the Boundary Waters are invaluable. Watching these transformations unfold in the participants we lead into the Boundary Waters is one of the most rewarding aspects of our lives.

This is your chance. Protect this immeasurably special place by making a matched donation to the Boundary Waters right now for Give to the Max Day! [[link removed]]

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT: [link removed]

This maze of lakes and rivers carved by glaciers, rimmed with towering pines, and brimming with pristine water, belongs to all of us. We all must join together and speak loudly for this quiet place.
The value of clean water is priceless, especially as sources of clean water are becoming more scarce worldwide. We are lucky in Minnesota to have an abundance of lakes and rivers, but a proposed sulfide-ore copper mine threatens the clean water legacy of Minnesota's Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

Did you know that the Boundary Waters is one of the last remaining places in the country that you can drink directly from the source?
Or, that the Boundary Waters’ serene and unspoiled waterways provide critical habitat for many of North America’s mammals and aquatic species, and welcome more than 150,000 people every year to swim, fish, and drink from their lakes, rivers, and streams?

You can help protect the Boundary Waters, which is an incredible source of increasingly rare clean freshwater by joining us in making a MATCHED donation to the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters for Give to the Max Day! [link removed]

Join us in continuing to speak loudly for this quiet place.
