PopEd Quarterly Theme: Teaching With Children's Books
Our PopEd program endeavors to create learners who understand their place in their communities, both locally and globally, and consider their impacts on the natural world. PopEd curricula explore concepts like carrying capacity, crowding, global inequity, pollution, and exponential growth. These types of concepts can be difficult for learners to wrap their minds around but can easily come to life when paired with a well-chosen children’s book.
This quarter, PopEd will share lesson plans that use children’s books to enhance understanding of the environmental and social issues related to population growth. Learn more—and access some free resources available now—below.

DOUBLE Your Impact This #GivingTuesday!
#GivingTuesday is November 30th! We're excited to announce that a dedicated group of Population Connection supporters plan to match all gifts made through midnight on November 30th, up to $10,000!
Don't miss this opportunity to DOUBLE the impact of your gift on our critical work for global population stabilization. With your help, we can reach more Americans with the message that human population growth harms our planet. We have a great deal of work ahead of us in 2022 and beyond to tackle this monumental challenge. Thank you for your support!
