Dear Colorado Republicans,

I've recently been able to meet with Republicans who live along the I-25 corridor -- in Douglas, El Paso, Jefferson, Adams, and Pueblo counties. It was also great to be in Brush and Fort Morgan with our Morgan County GOP members. Every area of our state is crucial to our work as we fight to preserve freedom and stand up for our constitutional rights. We also know we need to win back the suburbs. After our victories in Douglas County, Aurora, Westminster, Loveland (and elsewhere!), we know this is possible. What's needed? Message discipline, community-centric candidates, an activated volunteer team, and a willingness to stand up for the people.

Let's all keep talking about the fact that Republicans will deliver a better future for Colorado. Republicans will make Colorado affordable again, prioritize public safety, and expand educational choice for everyone.

A few important pieces of news:

1) On Monday, the Colorado Supreme Court approved the legislative maps, 7-0. This is great news for everyone who believe the Democrat gerrymander of Colorado should end. For everyone who believed in fair maps that accurately represent our state, we now have them. This means the work to win back Colorado has just begun!

2) On Wednesday, the Biden administration announced they are suspending the requirement that businesses with 100 employees or more force the COVID vaccine. After several losses in federal court, and more lawsuits filed -- including one by the Republican National Committee -- Joe Biden saw the writing on the wall. This proves what we've said all along: the president has no right to order private businesses around in this manner.

3) Petty Prince Polis has gotten himself in the news again for more pay to play action. He awarded a big contract to his former chief of staff ([link removed]) , and there's now an ethics complaint.

4) Jena Griswold is stomping all over election transparency once again, refusing to be accountable to the people of Colorado. There's no question she has a single goal: partisanship. This week, we revealed ([link removed]) what she's been doing in Aurora and El Paso County. You can read our statement here.

This year, I'm thankful for many things, including my Savior, my husband and kiddos, and that we still have our parents here to celebrate with. I hope you can take time to celebrate with those you love this Thanksgiving and that we can count our blessings together.

Happy Thanksgiving!

** $85k deal given to Polis former chief of staff at the center of state ethics complaint

Colorado Politics: ([link removed]) Democratic political strategist and Gov. Jared Polis’ former chief of staff Rick Palacio in December pocketed an $85,000 contract to help the governor with COVID-related work just as he was leaving a state job he held just four months.

The contract — which monthly paid Palacio about $14,000 from December 2020 through May 2021 — is at the center of a state ethics complaint filed early Wednesday asserting it violated the law barring government employees from contracting with their former bosses for six months after they leave.
