With you by our side, we’ve achieved so much for farmed animals. We’ve exposed the cruel realities for billions of animals through undercover investigations at dairy, meat and egg production facilities, and we’ve taken animal agribusiness to court and won. We’ve shut down animal agriculture facilities. Our investigations, legal work, and campaigns have been featured in major news outlets such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN and ABC.Â
One of our most recent victories is our hard-hitting investigation at Bravo Packing, which slaughters cows to produce Performance Dog Diet dog food and horses for exotic animal food. This investigation showed a non-ambulatory or “downed cow” being delivered and cruelly slaughtered in a protracted episode. We also submitted a complaint to the FDA and the New Jersey Department of Health against Bravo packing based on the presence of Salmonella in their products, which led to a recall.
These achievements were only possibly because of YOU.Â
While great strides have been made, our work is not done and we won’t stop while animals suffer.Â
I’m thrilled to announce today that a generous supporter has pledged to match all donations up to a total of $125,000 between now and December 31 to help us raise $250,000 to continue our work to expose the truth and inspire change.Â
Will you stand with us while we work to create a kinder tomorrow for all animals through undercover investigations, legal advocacy, corporate outreach and education?Â
The first 50 supporters who sign up to become a monthly donor of $20 or more will receive an Animal Outlook messenger bag containing products and samples from 12 awesome vegan companies as a special thank you from us.*
*Thank you gifts will be sent after the 3rd monthly donation has been received.
Â
Thank you. Together, we WILL build a kinder tomorrow for all animals.
With gratitude,
Cheryl Leahy
