NGP VAN is closed on Thanksgiving Day (November 25th), but we will be actively monitoring database activity and any attempts to contact us on those days in case of an emergency. We will also be on-call throughout Thanksgiving weekend (November 26th-28th), and will be actively monitoring support channels for mission critical tickets.

 

We will send a reminder as we get closer, but we will also have extra coverage during end of year as well, including expanded weeknight coverage the week after Christmas (9:00 AM to midnight Eastern, December 27th-31st). Our office is also opened on December 31st. We will also be on-call throughout the final two weekends of the year (December 18th-19th and December 25th-26th) through New Year’s Day.
