Late last month, Rep. Paul Gosar wrote a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on my behalf.

Like millions of other Americans, I’ve been placed in the FBI’s National Instant Background Check System (NICS), with no notice along with no rhyme or reason as to why the FBI arbitrarily stripped me of my Second Amendment rights.

And if it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

Help me fight back today and support my action against the FBI to clear my name and get answers!

In his letter, Rep. Paul Gosar made it clear that I was placed in the database without notification, and had I been caught simply having a firearm in my home, I would have been arrested.

Gosar asked: “This begs the question, was the FBI trying to entrap Ms. Loomer, and how many other American citizens who are also in the FBI NICS database have not yet been notified that they have also been banned from owning or possessing firearms?”

That’s a MASSIVE question as the penalty for possessing a firearm if you’re banned from doing so is up to 10 YEARS IN PRISON!

Now, the FBI has clearly been using the NICS database as a way to carry out political retribution against conservative “trouble makers” like me.

My former employer and Project Veritas founder, James O’Keefe, was placed on the database in 2019 and he had to sue the FBI to get off the list.

As of December 2020, 11.5 million Americans are listed in the NICS database – and that’s not even including the FBI’s other secret list, the “Federally Denied Persons File.”

That secret list, within the secret NICS list, has caused 6,399 denials. That’s 6,399 Americans who tried to purchase a firearm or get a concealed carried permit and were denied because their name was on this secret list – including me and James O’Keefe.

We have NO CLUE how big that list is, why people are put on it, and why conservative political activists are suddenly being placed on the list.

Help me get answers today by helping me fund a lawsuit against the FBI so that I can restore my Second Amendment rights and expose the FBI’s witch hunt against conservative Americans.
