Friend – I spoke on MSNBC about my campaign to defeat Sen. Chuck Grassley.

You see, friend, Sen. Grassley has failed Iowans. He's become nothing more than a megaphone for Trump's far-right ideology and dangerous conspiracies. He enthusiastically accepted Trump's endorsement and even defended his attempts to use the Department of Justice to overturn the results of the election.

Sen. Grassley is willing to sacrifice anything to stay in Trump's favor – even our democracy. It's dangerous, it's wrong and it's not the leadership that Iowans deserve. So I can't say I'm surprised that only 27% of Iowa voters want to reelect Sen. Grassley to an eighth term.

I'm running to defeat Sen. Grassley because I know what real leadership looks like: defending democracy, fighting for working families and doing right by the people who elected you. That's the leadership I'll bring to the Senate when I'm elected next November.

There's unprecedented momentum behind our campaign, but with the GOP establishment mobilizing against me, I'm counting on grassroots support to push this campaign across the finish line.
