Colorado continues to set the national standard for elections and voting access. Jena has worked to increase the number of ballot drop boxes by over 50% and added additional voting centers throughout the state. And in the elections held earlier this month, over 98% of Colorado voters chose to send their ballot in through the mail!
With all of the different ways to cast your ballot, we wanted to ask how you choose to participate in your civic duty. How do you like to vote?
Colorado’s election system is the gold standard for accessibility and security. Jena will continue fighting to increase access to the polls for every eligible voter.

In 2018, I was elected as the first democratic Secretary of State in Colorado since 1958, the first democratic woman Secretary of State in Colorado’s history, and only the 10th woman in Colorado’s history to hold the statewide constitutional office of governor, attorney general, secretary of state, or treasurer!
